| Q: |
I have registered but don't receive any email with username and password. |
| A: |
First of all, be sure to register with a correct email adress. Each day we have registrations by people that have misspelled their email adress. To check this, go to the forgot password section and enter the emailadress you registered with. You will se by the message if this email have been registered, if it is, it will try to send you a new password. If this is the case, your email has most probably ended up in some spam folder. Either on your mail server, or in your local email program. Check your local machine, or contact your email provider if you don't receive it. |
